From a culinary perspective, moving from St. Louis has been a disaster. I can no longer get the foods I was raised around. Seem like in St. Louis every block, nearly, has a family pizza parlor. Now if I want it I have to make it, an frankly, I have gotten fairly good at it.
Some things I cannot replicate like these “Cannoli Shells”. Now I may top off a good dish of “Fried Ravioli” with a great desert like “Cannoli’s”. Mmmmmm.
